Ego networks display the connections of a single player – in this case their first-degree connections, represented by players on the same roster for a single team and season. Players who spent multiple seasons together are typically closer to one another in the network graph, as they have a stronger connection versus players with minimal time together. These networks were built using Gephi, and optimized for the web using sigma.js.
